Delivery Times
Local Shipping (In-Stock Items):
- For orders from our local warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, or Darwin, you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days if you are located in the CBD.
- For rural and remote areas, delivery times are estimated at 1-5 business days.
Interstate Shipping:
- If the item is not available in your local warehouse, we can generally order from interstate warehouses. In this case, the delivery time is estimated at 2-7 business days.
Tasmania Shipping:
- We can deliver to Tasmania; however, this incurs a shipping surcharge of $100.
Shipping Surcharge
- Interstate Packages:
- Any packages sent interstate will also incur a $100 shipping surcharge.
Order Pick-Up
- Pick-Up from Main Office:
- Our main office is located in Padstow, Sydney, NSW. Pick-up is available for your orders.
- If you wish to pick up your order, please leave a note during checkout.
- We will then contact you to confirm a suitable time and date for pick-up.
Additional Information
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to keep track of your package’s journey.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Please allow additional processing time during busy periods and holidays.
